Nutritional
Guidelines for Swimmers -
To ensure an athlete is able to train
and perform to the best of their ability
the refuelling of their bodies plays
a big part. These guidelines (found

have been prepared for the club by
the ASA English Talent Programme Nutritionist
. They are designed to inform swimmers
and parents as to how best to fuel
